Leveraging the AI-informed AbiLeap™ Platform to Discover Precision pH Sensing T Cell Engagers
1:30 pm
  • T-cell engagers (TCE) have long held promise for the treatment of solid tumours
  • However, most TCEs are limited by on target off tumour activity and associated safety liabilities
  • By leveraging the AbiLeap™ platform, Ability Biotherapeutics has developed pH sensing TCEs, active in the low pH microenvironment of the tumour but not in the periphery, providing an avenue for developing precision targeted TCE therapeutics
