Christophe Quéva
Chief Scientific Officer Triptych health
Christophe Quéva, Ph.D., is a biotech executive and drug discovery scientist with over 25 years of experience advancing novel therapeutics from discovery through clinical development across oncology, immuno-oncology, and autoimmune diseases. He currently serves as CSO at Triptych Therapeutics, where he leads the development of a portfolio of allergy and autoimmune programs. He previously served as President & CEO of Egle Therapeutics and co-founded Ovie Therapeutics, focused on engineered oncolytic viruses for brain cancer. Earlier in his career, he held Chief Scientific Officer roles at Oncorus and iTeos Therapeutics, where he built multidisciplinary research organizations and advanced programs to the clinic. His industry career began at AstraZeneca, where he contributed to early development of durvalumab (Imfinzi™), followed by senior roles at Amgen and Gilead Sciences, where he led the non-clinical development team for Zydelig® (idelalisib) through NDA approval. He holds a Ph.D. in Life and Health Sciences from Lille University and conducted postdoctoral research at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. He also serves as Senior Advisor to BPI France.
